Barcelona Video Mapping Workshop
On december 2011, I was invited to Barcelona by a group of friends VJs to teach projection techniques; the three days course was divided in history, theoretic and practice, starting from the first known projection in 1640, passing through setups and optimization of real time mixing of inputs and outputs. Using modul 8, madmapper and quartz composer for mapping improvisation, we collected cardboard from the streets and used common elements that we found to project on, followed by kinect & architectural mapping tests.
